Our company has a vast array of waterproofing experience to get the problem handled quickly and dependably.

When getting an interior waterproofing system, first we remove the concrete approximately one foot around the area to be treated. Next we dig a ditch and install perforated pipe leading around the area to a sump pump. While everything is still opened up, we drill weep holes at the bottom of the block to allow the water to drain out of the block and into the system. After that, we hang durashield on the walls. Finally, we gravel fill the ditch and recement the area.

For some homes, we may recommend some exterior water deterants. Some of those may include downspout lines, french drains, dry wells, grading the yard away from the house, or excavating around the home and sealing from the outside.

Once all of the waterproofing is complete, you now have more living area in your home. You could add an office, excercise room, family room, or even additional bed rooms.
